Work out every day? Sounds like torture, right? Well what helps me is a similar strategy to what recovering alcoholics use…
For them, the thought of not being able to have a single drink ever again is too much to bare!
So instead, they think to themselves ‘well I should be able to do a month’, then they go even further ‘I should be able to do a week’, then even further still ‘I should be able to get through today’.
So it’s the old cliche ‘take it one day at a time’. Don’t think to yourself that you will have to work out every day until you die!  Just think, ‘well yeah, I can workout today’ and not think about the other days.
Works great for me…and it’s a great mindset trick.
But here are some others which will also help:
1. Exercise Early

Arise early to get your workout in so you are less likely to have plans come in between you getting your workout in.
Didn’t you ever hear the saying, “the early bird gets the 6 pack?” Okay I made that one up! Seriously, exercising early really does help to get you motivated to stay on track and in a regular routine. So if your schedule allows, exercise early. This tops my tips to get motivated to work out because I practice this everyday!
2. Put Your Fitness Gear On

Instead of sitting their on the couch wondering if you can muster up the energy for a quick workout today, go to your bedroom and put your workout clothes on.
What this will do is tell your brain that it’s workout time before that voice in your head pipes up with a ton of crappy excuses.
3. Post Your Workout Routines All Around The House

You can take this even further and post up inspirational posters of the kind of body you are striving for.
Take it further still, and grab a photo of yourself looking not your best and stick it to the fridge or inside the drawer where you keep the takeout menus.
